AVODEAL LLC ("AVODEAL", "we", "us") is an executive recruiting firm operating worldwide via www.avodeal.biz. We are the data controller for all personal data collected through this website and our recruiting services.

• Identity data: name, current job title, current company, LinkedIn profile
• Contact data: email address, phone number, location
• Professional data: CV / resume, skills, work history, education
• Application data: roles applied for, interview notes, assessment results
• Communications: messages sent via our contact form or email
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (for security and analytics only)

• To manage your job application and match you with suitable roles

Candidate data is retained for 24 months after your most recent application is closed. Interview recordings and transcripts are retained for the same period. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@avodeal.biz.

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request a pause on all contact ("Do Not Contact" — available in your candidate portal profile)
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is consent-based)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

6. Data security

All data is stored on our secure private server with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised AVODEAL staff only. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

7. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies for security and functionality. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. A consent preference cookie (avodeal_cookie_consent) is stored locally in your browser only. This website is delivered via Cloudflare, which may set technical security cookies — see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

8. International data transfers

This website is delivered via Cloudflare's global network (US-headquartered), operating under Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/EEA data transfers. Candidate and client data is stored on our private server in Armenia and is not transferred elsewhere.
