Candidate data is retained for 24 months after your most recent application is closed. Interview recordings and transcripts are retained for the same period. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@avodeal.biz.

- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

All data is stored on our secure private server with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised AVODEAL staff only. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
